domino & watch theology

If Thomas Aquinas was right about domino theology (my words to describe it, not his, it's actually called the 'cosmological' proof, or something like that in the 'summa theologica' ...) then perhaps God (in the sense that I used to see Him in) does exist. Perhaps. The theory basically see's our existence as a line of domino's. No domino moves for no reason what-so-ever. There must be something that pushes the domino. Land mass is moved by the sea, the sea is moved by the moon, the moon is moved by... well, you get the picture. but somewhere in this line of domino's, someone must have pushed the first domino. (unless you believe that the domino's are never ending, that they had no start, and will have no end, etc)
A guy called William Paley see's the existence of God like a fancy pcoket-watch. As in, if you find a fancy pocket-watch, with all of it's beautiful and intricate cogs winding about one another (much like the planets within the universe), you know that the watch never created itself, (goes against Darwin's theory), there must have been a watchmaker, much in the same respct, there must be a universe maker, the universe couldn't have made itself, unless of course Darwin was right, the Big Bang, and all of that.
I learned about some other explanations on why God must exist today, but those two were my favorites. 'm still not sure about it all, but it's good to know the theories none the less.

You have to know the alphabet before you make words, right?
