Even though it's hot, i seem to shiver. Some say that when a shiver goes down your spine, somebody is walking over your grave. But I don't believe in fate, ergo, I can't believe that phrase. I think something is worrying me, but I can't quite put my finger on what it is. On my way back from the doctors today, a woman dropped her bag, so I bent down to help her pick some of her stuff up, she put her thumb on my forehead, said something about 'you will find a way' or, I should say "You vill fiynd a vay", grabbed the last thing on the ground and shuffled off. It was very unusual. I think this woman must be one of those people who believes in fate, she may also be a little out of it, but she certainly believed in fate.
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing to doubt its existence. Maybe i'm just meant to be a non-believer. hah. That's kind of ironic, no? I was looking up my year today because of something Daniel said to me, (I'm year of the Tiger), and found out that i'm supposedly the following:
"Tiger people are sensitive, given to deep thinking, capable of great sympathy. They can be extremely short-tempered, however. Other people have great respect for them, but sometimes tiger people come into conflict with older people or those in authority. sometimes Tiger people cannot make up their minds, which can result in a poor, hasty decision or a sound decision arrived at too late. They are suspicious of others, but they are courageous and powerful. Tigers are most compatible with Horses, Dragons, and Dogs"
I agree with most of it. I'm not sure about the 'great respect' bit, or the conflict with 'older people' part. I think I get along better with older people than younger people. I don't know about some other parts.
Let me know if you want to know what your year tells us about the supposed truth about you. (like I said, I don't believe in fate or much of that stuff, unless of course it suits me to believe in it.) 8

Hmm, ok I am game - what does my year tell me about me? Um what year exactly do you need? My birthdate?/ (that is 1/7/71 - a palindrome :)
I really do not believe in existential meanderings of any sort (religions that have mystical beings, fate, predestiny or such) - I know that may seem sad, but tis where I have meandered to - I do believe in faith though - just faith in terms of where an individual places it and that faith is linked with hope and both of those are needed (I just don't place my faith on certain ideas or beings or such)....
however - I do like astrology and such simply because it makes a person reflect - seriously - you read that Tiger thing and started thinking about yourself and what you thought was right and wrong and if you thought something sounded wrong why it was wrong and maybe what you should do to make it not right (hoo boy I think I just totally rambled off the face of the earth) but anyway so what does my year tell me I should reflect on?

Well, mine is the same as yours.. the tiger. I always loved that I was a tiger, cos I wanted one as a pet!

I'm a Monkey, by the way. Actually, I'm an Earth Monkey, to be more precise. So, I was born in 1908 or 1968, depending on how I feel when I get out of bed in the morning.
