lethe leaf

i found a scrap piece of paper in a book i forgot i was reading that said "if you follow the vein of the smallest leaf, you'll get to the heart of the tree" and i smiled, and it was only when i showed it to a friend and they said "that's your handwriting" that I realised I had written it.

I wonder what else i've forgotten.
