suppose that you just had an interview with some people, and they then came to your work, that you haven't quit yet and smiled and laughed with you, and you had to explain to your current employer how you know them.

did you just anonymous on your own post?
just tell your current boss that its related to diarrhoea or that it is "personal". That usually stops questions flat.
