questions:
What do you do when you miss someone? Do you let them know you miss them? Or do you not tell them and hope that they let you know they miss you? Do you not let them know and hope that those feelings will subside? Do you try to get rid of the feeling, or let it evolve into sorrow, or, potentially and hopefully, joy? What should a person do?
I know. That person should get a dog.
I want a bloody dog.

i'm in a pretty similar boat right now too.
i think riding it out, and just seeing what happens works best, but that's just with me.
mild hints to that person might help as well, although they have been known to be wall builders.
dogs, definately more dogs.

Send them a really random message, about something that makes you both laugh, so they are reminded of you, and hope they tell you back.
Or a dog is good. Or a cat (or two) as the case may be.

surely a dog is just transference? or some other technical psychological word? call them, email them, talk to someone else about something funny they did.
after that works, tell me to listen to my own advice and stop being such a poo cacker.

in other news, apparently I have been too mean to Amy xxoo and other readers are taking exception to it.
would it make you feel any better if i said you're not being as mean as you think?
i think, in the state that she is in, she'll think most people are being mean to her, even when they're not.
i know i don't think that much of her, but i really do hope she's okay. it's hard for fragile people, i imagine.
