I was going to say something suave... instead:

Do you ever feel like your life is a movie? Or even a TV show you've seen? Lately, I feel like i'm in one of those movies about the 30 something year old single woman who's torn between having fun and being responsible and doing what's necessary at her workplace. I know. Very Bgrade of me. I never said it was a cool movie.
When I was at uni, I used to do this thing when I was drunk, I'd face the celiing, or the sky, depending on whether I was inside or outside, and I would do commentary on what was happening - kind of like the guy in Scrubs. The weird thing was that I would say something about the person I was talking to, even though the world (unlike in the tv show) didn't freeze, the person heard what I was saying, and thought I was completely bonkers.
I've been having an inner dialogue lately, and my inner dialogue is bitterly funny. Actually, I think i'm becoming the character I've been writing. I think I love her. If I was a lesbian, and she were a real person, I would certainly go there.
Can you fall for a character? odd. I know.

Comments:
you mean you are still not a lesbian? despite your friends hard efforts?

People fall for characters everyday - it's one reason why we go and sit in dark theaters and shell out the big bucks... : )

Sorry to tell you, Rob, but no, i am Still not a lesbian. So if you want to watch two girls making out, you'll have to do it the old fashioned way - rent a porno. (Or follow my friend Sarah around...)

I fall for characters all the time :)

glad to hear ur not a lesbian hun,but I'd still love u if you were.Of course u can fall for characters....I don't see it as weird tho, because thats what producers, writers and publishers etc: want of the public, they need us to fall for the characters to make them money. If you have fallen for your character,no doubt readers will too.

Why would we all be so addicted to reading books and watching TV and in our case...writing ...if we didnt fall for charaters in these stories?
