How to get over being pissed off:

1. make sure you're not being stupidly stubborn and unreasonable
2. address the person you have an issue with to make them aware
3. talk about that situation
4. cry
5. figure out how you're going to change so the issue doesn't reoccur
6. pack on the make-up to make sure you don't look like you've cried
7. go back to the person and reaffirm issue is resolved
8. eat cake

Would it be OK if I just skipped right to the cake?

The rest of that sounds too much like work. ;)
 
i say remove number 6. Its important for people to know you have cried...
