Really spicey Indian, followed by ice-cream, while walking in the dark.

I would put on a favourite movie or read a favourite book, something that makes you happy and all warm and fuzzy, and sit curled up on the couch under a blanket with some comfort food, totally forget about whatever is bothering you (well, as best you can) and just escape into the story for a while. Give your subconscious a bit to figure things out and calm down.
